Venture has a fully computerized call centre and interview facility located in Victoria and uses a state-of-the art computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system, capable of automatic dialling, voice capture, and multilingual interviewing when required.
Venture is experienced in the design of surveys for telephone interviewing, mail format, and online. All surveys are designed by Venture in consultation with the client to ensure that all relevant issues required are explored. Before the survey is fully implemented, it is pre-tested on a small sample in order to determine if any modifications are necessary. Following the interviewing, Venture has the expertise to manage and analyze large databases of information, and provide detailed statistical analysis, including factor, cluster, and conjoint analysis.
